Continuing our theme of creating better workplaces, the Institute of Managers and Leaders and event partner Dixon Advisory are pleased to invite you to an event that will focus on financial wellness and its impact on individuals in the workplace. So, when you consider two in five Australians experience financial stress across their lifetime, this not only creates an ongoing problem for employers, but their employees as well.

Research shows:

― of those employees experiencing financial stress in their working lives, this will last on average for 6.4 years or more.

―Financially stressed employees are less engaged at work and more likely to under-perform and take additional time off

―the financial impact for Australian businesses is $31.1 billion annually.

Join industry experts from Dixon Advisory’s leadership team Madison Kennedy and Genevieve Bond to learn how you can positively impact the stress and financial wellness of your team and colleagues through improved levels of financial literacy.

This session will:

  • highlight some of the top causes of financial stress
  • explore potential financial strategies that could help manage these stressors effectively
  • identify decision-making triggers that may cause financial stress
  • discuss what resources and considerations are open to you as an organisational leader.

In today’s constantly evolving financial and investment environment, having financial literacy and wellness programs in place for you and your employees can offer a range of mutually beneficial outcomes.

This session is complimentary and exclusive to IML members, catering provided.
