LISA ROSENTHAL, HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER, NSW ELECTORAL COMMISION
Lisa is currently working at the NSW Electoral Commission as a Senior HR Business Partner. She has been in the role for 1.5 years. On joining the Electoral Commission Lisa’s priority was to review the current Performance Management Practice across the organisation. This involved conducting a detailed analysis, upgrading an outdated system and supporting staff with behavioural and technical workshops to bring them on the journey around Performance Management.
Prior to the Electoral Commission Lisa’s background was predominantly in the private sector across industries such as Outplacement, Travel and Tourism, Education, Media and Financial Services. Lisa has worked held various learning and development positions and worked as a Career Coach.
Lisa has a personal interest in the Positive Psychology movement and workplaces of the future.
