What is a Team Management Profile?
Understanding an individual’s work preference is important to developing the individual, team and organisation’s performance. When there is a good match between an individual’s work preference and their role, they are more likely to enjoy their work, develop the necessary skills and perform well in their role.
The Team Management Profile is a 60-item questionnaire that aims at understanding an individual’s work preference. From the Margerison-McCann Team Management Wheel®, the Profile will highlight an individual’s major and two related areas of work preferences.

Using the Institute of Managers and Leaders to conduct the Team Management Profiles provides you with the confidence and peace of mind that comes from using Australia’s most established management membership organisation. The Institute will ensure that information is gathered and reported back in confidence.
Simply provide us with a list of participants (and their email addresses), and we’ll do the rest! The Institute will administer the survey questionnaires, invite participants (and their observers) to complete the survey, monitor the progress, send reminders when necessary and generate the reports.
